I could be wrong and I would not speak for Chuck, but when he says no, it was not a difficult transition.. it was not hard for him. When you are that good.., flying was at times extremely dangerous, but not hard per se.. cool as they come.. best pilot ever..

I met you in 1967 when I was in the 335TFS. Do you know if then Col. Louis Pazel is still alive? He was really good to me and let borrow his Corvair.
