No sir. I was a cadet in CAP at age 13 until 18 and decided the military wasn't my path. My veteran friends, many who saw conflict up front and personnel and have not questioned my decision nor my commitment.

Btw I read your book in 1986. I was an impoverished single dad of a 5 y/o boy and a 3y/o girl then. The book was inspirational. Helped me out of the doldrums.
