One of the arguments for this is that the Canadian system has improved under ATC privatization. Any insight there?
Says who? It also has less traffic & is trying to decrease it by raising user fees & limiting GA access to metropolitan & other routes.

Different system for sure and I'm no expert, which is why I asked. Seems like the system needs an upgrade to coordinate w satellites.
