  Sir, your case echoes many others when specialists’ warnings are ignored. My own late uncle Dr Bashir A. Syed, warned about the ceramic tile issue before the Columbia shuttle disaster. Unfortunately his observations weren’t taken seriously before the incident.pic.twitter.com/tW1uHbt06j
