Never happened in real life, but would be a great theme for an alternative history novel: Stuarts were never deposed, no Revolution & British-American Jimmy Stewart of the RAF flies into combat with a Rolls Royce Jacobite Engine, but I sure am glad it was the USAAF in real life.
