None of the commission members in particular, just wondering if the feedback you analyzed from the engineers was true or if they felt pressure to answer a particular way to satisfy the prevailing thesis about the systemic issues

  It was criminal... Imo NASA made this same mistake three times.. Apollo I, Challenger and Columbia But Challenger was horrendous one of the worst days in history of our Nation NASA deserves alot of criticism but this is beyond belief.. Still po.. As usual Chuck was right RIP
