  General Yeager? I'm curious if what I've read about fighter pilots is true. I've read that when in air-to-air combat, the "mind's" focus on the kill becomes centered on the "plane", not the pilot? In stark contrast to say a fire fight, when it is about the enemy combatant?

  I read your biography many years ago and just recently. Glennis must have been a wonderful lady. Coming from a family of aviators and test pilots, I believe it takes a special woman to marry a pilot.
