August 14, 1953 – Sound barrier is broken over Australia for 1st time by Flt Lt Bentleigh, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF), in 1st Australian-built Sabre fighter at Avalon, Victoria. I went Mach 2.5 just 4 mos later at Edwards AFB in the X-1A @usairforce @EdwardsAFB #Yeager

Everything after Chuck's super-sonic flight was based on that flight including how they built the Sabre the X-15 the Concorde & Space Shuttle.. the Aussie's are our ally, so we sent them the plans, etc so the would be up to speed tho by then Chuck stretched it out way past Mach 2
What evidence do you have that we gave them the plans?
