Fractional NFTs also represent voting power in the Vault. Participants can start a vote to list the NFT at any price. By passing the vote, the NFT held in the Vault will be listed on Opensea. Once underlying NFT is sold, the fractional NFTs represent a claim on the ETH proceeds

Participants vote to purchase an NFT, and can then claim fractional NFTs which represent their "ownership share" matching the % of ETH they contributed to the purchase. These new fractional NFTs can be traded, and represent lower-than-floor access to higher value NFT collections
