Amid a nat'l gun violence epidemic & a statewide surge in gun sales, we are being proactive to prevent violence. We can’t bring loved ones back once they're gone. That’s why my office helps members of the public obtain gun violence restraining orders.https://www.sfchronicle.com/politics/article/California-gun-sales-climbed-to-a-five-year-high-16288647.php …

What guns did your parents use to murder those cops?

Replying to @Jason @chesaboudin
Is blaming children for their parent's ills ok? You have a disagreement with him on other grounds but do we need to go down this road of casting upon someone for their parent's issues?

If Chesa actually condemned his parents behavior this tweet would be inappropriate except he is trying to extend their legacy

Saying that he is "trying to extend their legacy" is not only mean but false. How does a child regardless of how old they are, publicly condemn their own parents?

While Jason’s tweet was tasteless, Boudins campaign only destroys justice for victims and trust in government. It is important to understand his background. Even his autobiography he proudly talks about dismantling democracy. We are seeing it unfold real time.

I disagree with that characterization. I think many people use "trust" in government as an excuse because they don't get what they personally want. Democracy is messy. We, as voters, shouldn't expect 100% of our parochial interests. Compromise!
