I think anyone should be capable of condemning the murder of innocent people no matter who commits it — especially someone tasked with law enforcement.

Boudins own employees admit to dropping charges for anyone with a potential third strike. Basically the most dangerous and violent get a free pass over and over.

The third strike law is broken. A lot of people got incarcerated for non-violent crimes for very long periods. That just feeds a for-profit prison system. Judicious use of this is prudent.
