. We need to figure out a way to prevent these things from happening in our city.
1. Police need to be out of their cars and walking the beat
2. Addressing the economic and mental health issues that enable this in the first place needs to be prioritized.

A question for Chesa on property crime on businesses. Pilot program in D5 to reimburse them. Majority, they prosecute. The police brings them the case.

A2. Chesa asked for no bail on Palidino case. Asking the court to make a ruling to hold both w/o bail. A3. Palidino took pictures of the suspect car and therefore helped his own case.
