    I don't think so. If you were the server at the restaurant and you could tell they hadn't touched it, you have a better idea of whose hands have been on that versus the leftover platter after a conference.

    Real talk when I waited tables, hadn't had a lunch break, working a double shift, you don't think I tossed back A LOT of uneaten chicken tenders while bussing tables? Food waste is so real. Don't see why you wouldn't want your uneaten food getting eaten instead of tossed

    Hardly. I used to do this when I worked at a restaurant and people would order too much food and not want to take it home. One couple once ordered an entire plate of bruschetta they didn't touch and didn't take home. Only rule was we had to take it out of sight first.
