      Council tax is 20p in the £ Pat. It doesn't touch the sides compared to cuts. We were told in 2007 council tax was getting scrapped...

      If you read the link you sent it's £120m over the last few years plus £22m this year. So, if you want to be pedantic, it's over £140m cut.

      We allowed for a council tax freeze, we actually pledged it. CT is 20% of the budget. It's their cuts to the 80% that have have hit services
