And the Tory austerity your party voted for

-
-
Well they didn't, but don't let facts get in the way of a bit of labour bashing

-
http://www.southlanarkshire.gov.uk/info/200170/comments_complaints_and_consultations/1565/budget_savings_proposals … Or SNP bashing cuz. You claim £130M and new cuts are based on assumption and self imposed CT freeze.

-
Council tax is 20p in the £ Pat. It doesn't touch the sides compared to cuts. We were told in 2007 council tax was getting scrapped...
-
SNP have raided council budgets and centralised their powers. If you're happy with that, vote for them. I'm not

Are those cuts being made to launch another Indy bid

-
No. They are being made because we live in the UK under austerity. Slab want that then moan at the repercussions of it.
-
We don't support Tory or SNP austerity. The SNP could have followed our tax plans and avoided making cuts. They used to believe in 50p rate.
-
Get your head round that. We live in the UK. You want us to remain in the UK. Then you want us to pay higher taxes to mitigate the UK.
-
Services cost money and we currently get back more than we pay into the UK. You want us to leave the UK without any plan to address that...
-
No we don't. There are 3 net contributors to the UK budget. The City of London, the SE of England and Scotland. Anyway, not the point.
-
I'm sorry, you're wrong. Not by my assessment, the Scottish Government's own figures
-
GERS? Aye ok.

From South Lanarkshire and will be voting SNP. Bye labour :)
-
If only we knew what that vote meant. They've never put forward an alternative budget and they're making uncosted manifesto commitments.
-
will be put last or second last on my ballot paper.
-
Your vote is your own but South Lanarkshire Council is popular on the doors I've chapped
-
That's funny because not a single labour canvasser has chapped my door.
-
We're out every day but with 11,000 people in the ward it's difficult to get to them all.

Christ on a bike, Lab run the bloody Council - a party responsible for crippling PFI debt and went to court to stop equal pay settlements!
-
SLC used PPP to make sure secondary school kids aren't being taught in crumbling schools. Would the SNP have left them in old schools?
