no. This isn't a general election, it's an internal election and only members or registered supporters should be able to vote.

that's not what it is. We don't allow people to vote in our leadership election who aren't supporters. Not especially unusual.

I can't speak for decisions made about people I don't know but I know it's not done for no reason.
