yes it's fair. We have members pounding the streets in all weathers - why should people who campaign against us get same vote?
well if you register to vote and you shouldn't have; you're unlikely to go "oh aye you're right, I'm not a supporter"

-
I just don't get why folk would go thru all the hassle of becoming a member of a political party if they didn't actually support it

-
maybe they support one of the candidates in the leadership election
-
and one of those candidates, even I know, is a long standing Labour stalwart. I'm guessing it's that yin yer implying? No makey sensey
-
both candidates will vote Labour whether they win or lose. If you can't say that about yourself, you shouldn't have a vote in it
-
I dunno what this means really. Are u saying Labour folk won't vote labour if Corbyn isn't elected? Cos that's telling in my opinion

-
no I'm saying that applies to most of the people being "purged" as you call it. So they're not Labour supporters.
-
so all these people tweeting, filling my TL with RTs etc are at it? Just "claiming" to support Labour? To what end tho? Why pretend?
-
for most of them you just have to have a wee scroll back to see for yourself that they don't

and some of the tweets I've seen have been from long time members now being purged due to this weird new fad

-
I can't speak for decisions made about people I don't know but I know it's not done for no reason.
