    Senate Democrats need to stop focusing on McConnell being a hypocrite -- HE KNOWS AND DOES NOT CARE -- and follow Cory Booker's lead. Trump being under criminal investigation and that being a SCOTUS conflict of interest is an even stronger case to block or stall the nominee.

    Trump is the subject of a criminal investigation that could eventually come before the Supreme Court—he has a clear conflict of interest as it relates to picking a new justice. The investigation must conclude before considering any nominations.
