I’m reminded of this https://ideas.ted.com/the-fascinating-reason-that-children-write-letters-backwards/ … tl;dr letters are one of few things where reflection and orientation change what they are “bdpq”. If most things don’t need this distinction, why make it?

You should modify the random vectors fed into the network so that letters of the same font have identical input vectors except for in one dimension, which would be reflective of the individual letter used. Then you could generate a totally cohesive font, add fonts together, etc
