    The quote in my bio was generated through an AI trained on novels, and my profile picture as well as banner are the result of training a DCGAN algorithm on a style coherent set of images. Here is another example.

    Linux life: to get sound to my speakers through my fireface interface, I ouput the sound to my TV, turn off its screen via eco mode, get the sound out via ADAT, it goes through the fireface and only THEN my speakers. And not even the right ones for now.

    AI has become such a buzzword that now many things are called AI, or bot, even though they are technically otherwise. This, in turn, make people less technically inclined to believe AI to be much more than it is. Shame.

    These "I forced a bot to watch X" posts are almost certainly 100% human-written with no bot involved. Here's how you can tell. 1/12

    It's interesting, but somehow I am more moved by these new works - entirely derivated from mine - than my own. As such I find AI interesting: as an artist, it is like a chamber that ingests my style and taste and gives me something new, that I like, but different from me.

    So I've been training on my own photography () and I find the results rather... poetic? It's interesting as it obviously fits my "style" while also creating something new. Somehow I can only like it.

    My sharp gazing creator is becoming more autonomous: after it has learned its art history (training) it begins to create a large number of works (generation). But then it gets self-conscious, and trashes most of it (selection) based on originality.
