This is absolutely not about their welfare or education. Those who need to be there to protect their welfare, already are.

And you fail to acknowledge the fact that, in order to cater for ALL of the year groups you're sending back, the children who remain at home will lose access to their own teachers. What about their education?

You are irresponsible and invading towards our little ones, teachers and parents. As a parent I will not be sending mine. You know is going to be even more painful in case you have to close schools again because of a new peak.

First phase is supposed to be in two weeks time, and still no detailed guidelines or risk assessment advice to ensure our schools are safe.

I have advised our schools that we will not open until I am satisfied it is an entirely safe environment for staff, children and parents. Simple as!!!
