These pictures cry out for change. CA has invested more in wildfire prevention than any time in our history. Enacted bold climate policies. But it’s not enough. We must do more. Due to the The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) in 1970, brush and trees cannot be cut as effectively as they should be. Repeal or adjust the act and California will suffer less wildfires. Simple.
