As usual no details on this. Let’s hope there is also a plan to reverse these “progressive” laws which allows rampant drug use and crime, and force mental help or drug rehab. This is not acceptable at all.

The trailers are a good first step. Just learn from FEMA issues when they provided trailers to homeless Katrina victims. Mini homes are more permanent and can be made more fire resistant. In both cases time to market is improved with manufactured housing.
We need affordable housing but I don't mean government housing! Ease the regualtuons that make it imopssible to build homes.

1. They still have to poop and pee. Who is going to come & clean out each of these trailers dump tanks every day? 2. Where are all these trailers going to park? What neighborhood/city is going to have these? 3. Are you still giving them free &$$ even if they test for drugs?

Does he think they’ll use toilets?if mentally ill and /or drug users? Also, they migrate to California and California should coordinate placement in other states’ drug, programs and mental hospitals. They need to use triage re placement.

CA Homeless Crisis: My latest take: Gov. Newsom's Emergency Declaration, L.A. Mayor Garcetti appears not to be working in tandem with the Governor. Declaration says in 2018, 200 cities and counties declared shelter space emergency! That's HALF THE STATE!
