We had to re-activate our initial lawsuit and we expect a decision any moment.
Unfortunately, it’s become clear that Nevada Democrats won’t follow the law unless courts force them to do so.

Clark County eventually gave us even more than we’d asked for: they agreed to give us rolling updates on their breakdown of poll workers.

We didn’t run to the press about it – we tried to work with them in good faith.

Nevada law requires that counties hire an equal partisan breakdown of certain election workers.
If there are 100 Democrats hired to work the polls, there have to be roughly 100 Republicans.
