I believe your argument to be that humans have innate symbolic machinery. This is the argument you make in "Algebraic Minds". Is that not the case or have you modified your argument?

@DeepMindAI isn't implying that either. They do have another paper out https://arxiv.org/abs/1802.04697v1 … that explores this short coming. So I'm just as guilty as you are in incorrectly inferring a position. -
they built MCTS into the system; no error there. you inferred something i directly contradicted in print. that’s an error. those are different.
