Idea is that it shouldn't be engineered but the AGI should have the capability to learn it and many such similar sentenses. Data based AI can't. Pure logical AGI can.

Sorry but I completely disagree with that analogy. Deep learning is a red herring, a false god. It is not a step toward AGI. It is a hindrance.
