A tidbit that gets lost in self driving car hype: waymo (vastly better than all other companies) went 1250 Miles/disengage in 2015; in 2016 ~5000. Humans do 250,000-500,000. 2017 not out yet, but we do have a non hype metric to assess true progress.

Marcus, I admire your efforts but unless someone comes out with a viable solution for unsupervised learning, there will be no progress in AGI. Mainstream AI is lost in a lost world. Generative adversarial networks are proof of this. Do you have a solution or a suggestion?
