The problem with this argument about "native" vs "nurture" is that it doesn't address specific mechanisms for learning. You can't have zero components for a bootstrap. Components are minimal as possible. This debate mirrors the CISC RISC debates in mircoprocessor architecture.

This is why I brought up the "Intelligent Design" theory. Humans cannot conceive of evolution being the mechanism for evolving the complexity of the eye ball (or even the brain). Yet this mechanism in fact does this. Is there cognitive machinery underneath evolution?
