    My complaint was the derogatory tone that @GaryMarcus used. Is 1000 categories a "very finite world"? MNIST and CIFAR10 certainly are, but the 1000 imagenet categories are very rich and a good test of object recognition technology. Gary, is 350,000 also very finite?

        Everyone is struggling with 10 someone does 1000, and we ask oh that is not a million? To solve 1000 is to prove significant representational and computational complexities have been addressed
