      @martoiu presumably same as w a human solider. in principle, a machine could be better -- not motivated by race, jealousy, anger etc

      @GaryMarcus At this moment we cannot sue the US anywhere for any killng. With robots the US will be even more remote from any liability.

      @martoiu your suggested policy? if liability could be fixed, robots could ultimately be safer. agree that liability is vital.
