I cant find where they reference the research in the article. Im interested to see how the researches simulated a dendritic tree but can't find the name of the paper

Glad to be part of the 'very few people' that takes seriously the complexity of a single neuron.

I’ve been reading papers on dendritic computation for at least 15 years, going back a review paper by London and Ha ̈usser. There has been a rash of papers in the last couple of years on this... seems to be picking up steam.

I got to know of some of the researches on Brain very recently, it said that what we knew about him and brain 12 years back was too nonsensical

Don't have the energy or interest ATM to do more than scan over the article but I can say this with absolute certainty. At some point it's going to be realized computer hardware+software is not capable of fulfilling the fantasies & illusions of "Artificial Intelligence" however,

this is not to say there is no value in pursuing what is possible in the scope of inherent limited constraints of computer hardware+software regarding abstraction processing. But it need be understood for what it really is by everyone, not just industry insiders, but the public.
