That is pretty good: both planes and dl were inspired by their respective biological systems. Both sparked the development of analysis disciplines (aerodynamics, generalization/ complexity ) that are in turn shedding light back onto biological systems.

Past: Machine learning inspired (ignited) a lot of inventions/discoveries in neuroscience. Neuroscience inspired (ignited) a lot of inventions/discoveries in machine learning. Hence: ->Let’s keep persuing the flanking routes of AI for neuro and neuro for AI ->zigzag to progress
