Doesn’t sound realistic to me. Isn’t the intent of an interview to reveal skills, creativity and most of all development potential of the interviewee? How would current AI technology be able to do this, when basic textual understanding is missing?

no way could this be done reliably next year. amazon just gave up their much less simple system

I don't believe #AI could do it properly.
But I also believe in natural stupidity that'll see to it that the robot hirer is deployed.
