Cantwell Smith's argument has more in common with Kant's Critique of Pure Reason than the more contemporary nature/nurture haggling. Evolutionary learning might account for much of the 'achievement' in question.

Hes right Gary. The entirety of the human thought catalogue is simply combinations of various qualia that we observe. We observe and the combinations are naturally created. Innate skills that you speak of can be explained away with simple non intelligent neural structures.
