I'm not sure why you are expecting it to complete your query, as it's designed to spout random text rather than trying to answer questions. As I say, I personally don't see the point of it.
advise you read section 3.4 of the @openAI paper, which explicitly tested GPT-2 on one common sense measure. i am doing the same thing, just working towards a better measure.
