Good points, but "even 90% is not enough" sounds a bit like a joke. "99% is typically not enough". In fact often "99.99% is not enough". And for applications where life depends on them "99.9999%" is not enough.

Best to read "even 90% is not enough" as "even a % that's already well beyond what's typically achieved on std benchmarks in research before people move onto next benchmark" is not enough. (And in research, there is a good reason to move on!) But for real world, we need better %
