I noted that it was not scientific, and also posted the excellent independent review by
@skynet_today that converge on the same place. If you seriously think you would get radically different results from a random sample of North American population, go out and collect the data.

I sincerely believe that Gary Marcus is a god send for the field of AI. If not him, who would really stand up for the truth? All the familiar names are quiet when it comes to obvious shortcomings of AI and the hype surrounds it. I personally feel obliged to thank him.
