Or, why not have OpenAI give a fairer description of what they did? What they accomplished *is* very impressive on its own! The general public already has a mistaken view of AI that distracts them toward fantasy issues (instead of real issues). PR need not add to that.

yes, the work is very impressive (as I said in one of my tweets last night) but couched in totally misleading ways, which has become characteristic of how @openAI rolls. DoTA was similar, GPT-2 oversold, etc. And we know now that they aren't as "Open" as they suggest, either.
