Machines are not animals or deep neural nets. They have no need to survive at birth, eat or procreate. They need no innate knowledge. We humans will see to it that they survive during their early upbringing. They will be trained via classical conditioning and then cloned.

Its compelling I agree but seemingly complex behaviours can be created from quite straightforward neural architectures. It's not intelligence, but looks like it.
