To be fair, employing an opposition research team of their critics doesn't necessarily mean they produced any fake news, but it is nevertheless troublesome that a company with such influence over democratic discourse would exhibit such a proactive political bias
Did you read what it is that FB allegedly paid the opposition researchers to do? How on earth is fabricating news fair?!?
