I got the same email this morning, not exactly helpful to the smaller channels
I'm lucky I hit over 1000 followers but I won't sustain the 4000 hours of view time each year. Not like I've made any money from yt yet but still not good for small channels.

@Twitch will get more members. If you stream twitch seems to be the best option. YouTube only care about the high earners.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
