Have you found that they accurately remove people who are discharged or pass away?
COVID19 hospitalizations in Arizona reached record numbers today in the categories of inpatient beds, ventilator usage and ICU beds. That being said, the same @azdhs dashboard that is reporting these record numbers is also showing that total capacity is not record, and is steady

They do, at least the ones that happen on Arizona territory

Are different parts of the dashboard being updated via different datasets?

Yes. The hospital dashboard is done by azdhs via investigations. The covid metrics and occupancy dashboards are self reported by hospitals.
