Doesn't law enforcement need to identify themselves in order for their commands to be deemed lawful? If these guys are debadged/no id, then can't we just tell them to piss off?

All this change up is to keep us from identifying them. Mixing them up was their only option so that they could continue to find a way to avoid accountability. We MUST hold them accountable.
Seems to me they are hired security contractors. The one with the patch is from USP Atwater which is a high security penitentiary in California. Not being able to ID these men means they can get away with literally anything. There will be no way to tell who is who at night.
