Hatch uses “attractive” to describe personalities, not appearances. If you search his past quotes you’ll see he’s used it consistently for years for men and women he believed has compelling personalities.

I'm starting to think that way too. For me, term limits would need to be phased in over time. I believe in institutional memory. But yeah, I don't think you go to Congress when you are 40 and still be there when you're 80.
