My dear Garmin, your service went down at around 3:30 UTC and it is now closing in on 13:30 UTC. We appreciate the note at 12:30, 9 hours into the outage... but more details please. What happened, what is being done, when can we expect a resolution or the next update?

Anything you’d like to update us now. Last update was 26 hours ago. The Q2 2020 results presentation on Wednesday is going to be a bloodbath !!!

They may say their phones “aren’t working” and therefore can’t do the call 🙄. Heaven forbid someone gets the bright idea to use a phone or computer outside Garmins network to communicate. Given the silence you’d think the place was physically blown up with no survivors.
