My dear Garmin, your service went down at around 3:30 UTC and it is now closing in on 13:30 UTC. We appreciate the note at 12:30, 9 hours into the outage... but more details please. What happened, what is being done, when can we expect a resolution or the next update?

There Taiwanese production plant has apparently been hit witg Ransomware and has been closed for 2 days. Further reports of all company Windows machines being targeted, even over VPN.
