    Nowhere unless millions insist on it and agree on what it should mean! Personally I insist that it should mean identifying personal responsibility for all decisions to keep troops in Afghanistan after the original supposed mission was fulfilled -- especially in 2002-2005.

    I was wrong to assume the US drone strike that killed 10 people in two families in Kabul was about lack of concern for innocent bystanders. The military hit the wrong car bc of shabby intel work. It's time to end drone strikes, which invite casual murder.

    In a supremely ironic revelation on the final U.S. drone strike in Afghanistan it turns out all 10 civilians killed were relatives of an interpreter for a U.S. company who feared Taliban retribution and was trying to get a special U.S. immigration visa.
