Alex Taylor@airpotgardener·Nov 25, 2020Made a boulangère of sliced Jerusalem Artichoke & potato (very nice baked w stock & topped w crumb & cheese). These are the tubers deemed too small to bother peeling & slicing. What to do with them, crush & compost? I hear fermented JA are good.22
