Always remember: nothing you eat in a given day can cause you to add enough body fat to be very noticeable on a scale. The daily fluctuations are almost all how much food/water is in your system when you weigh. It takes 3500 extra calories to add 1lb of real body weight.

And that, Vance, is the problem with nutrition today. If I eat an expensive ribeye steak at night I expect to have bigger muscles in the morning. That's the way it's supposed to be.

Microwave culture, I agree. My motto has become: nothing I do today will effect the scale tomorrow, but what I do this month will effect the scale next month. Minuscule accumulations happen over time, but the daily fluctuations are almost totally unrelated.
