I'm starting a consistent fitness program that will have me busy 2 hours per day 5 days a week in the evening. This means saying no to happy hour/ socials during that time so that I can stay healthy.

It will not be a linear process. Start out slow and work down your weight. Watch out for physical injuries and mental burnouts. Good luck.
