A few folks were asking about the Bosque Blue tomatoes here at Ojai Valley Inn, so here are a few more shots. Like all "blue" food, it is actually more purple, turning more reddish as it ripens.

It is labeled as Bosque Blue, but I noticed a couple of other mis-labels on their signs, so you never know.

Definitely on my grow list next year. I have heard of indigo rose before but didn’t know it’s blue and didn’t know it has #Anthocyanin , which may or may not be a big deal. The color in itself would be interesting enough.
